The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of an application for interim mandatory injunction in a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction and other reliefs. The petitioners contend that an early consideration of the interlocutory application is warranted before the onset of the monsoon.

2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Taliparamba to dispose of I.A. No. 1267/2014 in O.S. No. 433/2013 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon before 30.06.2014 in the circumstances.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
