The Company had wound up in the year 1997 at the instance of B.I.F.R. It is submitted that the assets of the Company were in possession with the U.P.F.C & PICUP. The Official Liquidator has taken the possession of the immovable and movable properties from UPFC & PICUP on 13.9.2010. It is found that some theft of movable goods took place in the year 2005 and an FIR was lodged on 30.8.2005. The police has recovered the goods in pursuance of the FIR but the goods are lying with the police since then.
The Official Liquidator is directed to move an application with the police Department and to take the possession of the goods forthwith.
List the case on 15.12.2010. The Official Liquidator is directed to give a report in this regard on the next date.
