1. Statement of Krishna Mohan Srivastava as DW-5 has been completed today.
2. There is another witness, Mool Chand in person whose statement could not be taken due to paucity of time. He shall remain present on 18.07.2016, on which date his statement shall be recorded.
3. Both the contemnors are present and shall remain present on the date fixed.
