Sri Karan Bahadur the contemnor has been produced by the police brought from the district Jail Ghaziabad.Sri Jagdeo Singh, who has been appointed as Amicus Curia prays for and is granted two weeks time to file the reply/counter affidavit.
List on 13.3.2012, on that date the contemnor shall not appear in person.
Let the contemnor be taken back to district Jail Ghaziabad.
Let a copy of this order may be supplied to the learned A.G.A.
