Sri Mahipal Singh Rana, Advocate one of the contemnors is present but Smt. Varsha Yadav, the other contemnor is not present. On her behalf Sri Yogesh Srivastava, Advocate has moved an application for exempting her presence for the reasons that she is medically unfit and as per the advice of the doctor is unable to come.
In view of the above, we adjourn the matter for 10.10.2018 as prayed on which date both the contemnors would positively remain present.
