Hon'ble Syed Aftab Husain Rizvi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Manish Goyal, Additional Advocate General and Sri A.K. Sand for the Union of India.
The instant writ petition was, after hearing the counsel for the parties, finally disposed of, vide order dated 01.09.2020.
Upon hearing by the counsel for the parties today, it transpires that the grievance of the petitioner who has filed number of the applications, is that the directions contained in the said final order are not being complied with and that matters which were required to be decided expeditiously are not being considered by the courts at Meerut and Bareilly. It is also sought to be contended that certain directions in this regard issued by the Apex Court are also not being followed.
In our considered opinion, in case, certain directions issued either by the High Court or by the Hon'ble Apex Court, if have not been complied with by the person or authorities who are bound to comply with the same, the remedy if any, available to the petitioners is by means of proceedings for contempt either before the High Court or the Apex Court, as the petitioners may be advised.
Nothing is required to be done by this Court on the applications that has been filed.
All pending applications are rejected subject to the above observations.
