JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Arnab Banerji, Advocate, has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of Official Liquidator. The same may be placed on record.
The appellant claimed a sum of Rs.7,32,646/- from the Company in liquidation being a worker of the said Company. As against the aforesaid claim, a sum of Rs.5,49,526/- has been allowed by the Official Liquidator and the balance amount has been rejected in the absence of any evidence.
The contention of the appellant is that he has given the complete details and evidence also in support of the entire claim. The detail of such claim is not filed along with the appeal.
The appellant is, therefore, directed to give complete details of its claim along with evidence.
List after two weeks.
