Report no. 130 (Judicial) of 2010 has been filed by the Official Liquidator. The same may be placed on record.
In paragraph-9 of the report, the details of the properties are mentioned but the possession has not been taken.
The Official Liquidator is directed to take necessary steps to take the possession of those properties as early as possible. It is informed that the statement of affairs has not yet been filed by the Directors of the Company despite the warrant of arrest issued against them. The copy of the balance sheet is not on record. To ascertain the properties of the company, the Official Liquidator is directed to get the copy of the balance sheet from the office of the Registrar of the Company or from the Income Tax Department.
