AJS Builders Limited (A Compnay Incorporated under Companies Act 1956) and having its registered office at; 1067, Sector 37, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Corporate Office: 1st Floor, 8, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, Gole Market, New Delhi, fixing 09.03.2010, as to why this petition filed for winding up of the company under the provisions of Company Act be not admitted and advertisement of the petition be not directed specially, in view of the letter dated 13.01.2009 addressed to the applicant by the company by which the Company has admitted liability to pay certain sum to the petitioner and also in view of the fact that the notice under Section 434 having been served, the Company is unable to discharge his liability within time List this case on 09.03.2010.
