Office has reported that sum of Rs.1,09,35,000/- is payable towards court fee. This is an application on behalf of the petitioner to direct the banks, namely, Branch Manager, State of Bank of India, Main Branch, Allahabad, Branch Manager, State Bank of Patiala, Civil Lines, Allahabad and Branch Manager, Allahabad, Allahabad Bank, Kanpur Road, Allahabad that sums mentioned in para-6 of the affidavit be remitted to the Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad for part payment of court fee. Further allegation in para-7 of the affidavit is that applicant has got Rs.19,33,842/- balance amount for payment of court fee. Application is allowed. The details of account numbers and amount available with the aforesaid three banks are given in para-6 of the affidavit. For the sake of convenience, the contents of para-6 are reproduced below: "6.
