JUDGMENT / ORDER

This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 17 October 2012, in C.M.P.No.1307 of 2012 and 1334 of 2012 in C.M.A.No.89 of 2012 declining the request made to grant interlocutory injunction.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent on instruction submitted that the appeal in C.M.A.No.89/2012 was dismissed by the learned III Additional Judge, City Civil Court on 28 August 2014.
4. Since the very appeal has been dismissed by the Appellate Court, there is no question of considering the legality and correctness of the order passed in the said appeal at this point of time.
5. The civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is also dismissed.
