The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the disposal of the civil suit in 2015.
2. In view of the said submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1/2013 is also dismissed.
