The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 07.04.2011 passed in W.P.No. 9029 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance to the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 9029 of 2011 dated 07.04.2011, the petitioner's request was considered and an order came to be passed in e/f/vz;/5766/M1/2014 dated nil, December, 2014, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, which has been subsequently challenged in W.P. No. 16103 of 2014 and the said writ petition is still pending.
