2.I am of the view that it is for the second respondent to consider the ground reality for the purpose to extend police protection. In view of the same, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent police seeking for necessary police protection. On receipt of representation, the second respondent police shall pass appropriate orders on its own merits, within a period of one week there from.
