This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.479 of 2009 from the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent or to any other independent agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a status report stating that investigation in the case has been complied and the same was closed as "mistake of fact".
4. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
