This appeal arises against the judgment of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Thirupathur, Vellore District, passed in S.C.No.194 of 2012 on 18.12.2012, convicting the appellant for offence u/s.307 IPC and sentencing him to 10 years R.I. and fine of Rs.2,000/- i/d 2 months S.I. C.T.SELVAM, J.
