JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner challenges the order of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, passed in C.M.P.No.3718 of 2016 on 05.01.2017.
2. Respondent has seized a Hero Splendor Pro bearing Registration No.TN-19-U-5233, belonging to petitioner in connection with the case registered in Crime No.199 of 2016 on its file for the offence under Section 4(1-a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act. Petitioner has moved C.M.P.No.3718 of 2016 before learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, seeking return of vehicle. Such petition came to be dismissed under orders of the Court below dated 05.01.2017. Hence, this revision.
3. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the vehicle of the petitioner has been confiscated on 26.08.2016 under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.
5. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
