This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.164 of 2013 pending on the file of respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is almost completed and sought time to file report in jurisdictional Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.
