The Petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition praying to transfer the investigation by withdrawing the case in C.C. No.214 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai, to this Court and transfer the same to any other Court situated outside Thiruvannamalai District.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already charge sheet was filed and all the witnesses were examined except Investigation Officer. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous by giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai in C.C. No.214 of 2012. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
