The limited prayer sought for in the petition is for speedy disposal of trial in P.R.C.No.7 of 2016 in Crime No. 1256 of 2014 on the file of the District Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.
2.In view of the fact that the case is pending from the year 2014 onwards, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Judicial M.S.RAMESH.J, nl/rm Magistrate, Ambattur to expedite the trial in P.R.C.No.7 of 2016 in Crime No. 1256 of 2014 and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
3.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is allowed.
