This petition is filed to direct the learned III Additional Family Judge, Chennai to dispose the O.P.No.4859 of 2015.
2. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The petitioner filed O.P.No.4859 of 2015 against the respondent on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai for divorce. The respondent has filed O.P.No.3040 of 2016 for restitution of Conjugal Rights and M.C.No.321 of 2016 claiming maintenance against the petitioner. The peititoner filed counter in O.P.No.3040 of 2016 and M.C.No.321 of 2016.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. According to petitioner, the respondent was dragging the matter in O.P.No.4859 of 2015 without filing counter till 2015. Now, the case is posted on 04.07.2017 for filing counter by the respondent. In the present circumstances, the petitioner has come out with this present civil revision petition for speedy disposal of O.P.No.4859 of 2015.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition and the fact that already in O.P.No.3040 of 2016 and M.C.No.321 of 2016 filed by the respondent for Restitution of Conjugal rights and maintenance respectively, the petitioner has filed counter, the learned Judge is directed to take up all the three petitions, hear the same and decide the matter as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Accordingly, the Civil revision petition is disposed of.
