JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner being an employee of the second respondent-Company made a representation dated 13.04.2016 to the first respondent seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant provident fund, which he is entitled to. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to dispose of his representation dated 13.04.2016.
2. Though a counter affidavit is filed by the second respondent, this Court is of the view that considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, it is suffice to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2016, after due notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 2 to 4, within a period of (8) eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The allegations made by the petitioner against the respondents 2 to 4 are not gone into the writ petition.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
