2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court R. MAHADEVAN,J.

nv dated 18.06.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in e/f/vz;/3392/m5/2012 dated 02.12.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
