JUDGMENT / ORDER

Consistently, there is no representation for the petitioner. When the matter was listed for hearing on 02.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the matter was adjourned by four weeks. On 14.03.2017 also, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was adjourned to 15.03.2017. On 15.03.2017 also, there was no representation and hence, the matter was directed to be M.DURAISWAMY,J.
va listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 17.03.2017. When the matter was listed on 17.03.2017 also, there was no representation and hence the matter was adjourned to today (i.e.) 20.03.2017 under the caption for dismissal. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
