Madras High Court|30 January, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that nothing survives in the Writ Petition for consideration as the petitioner was transferred to Mailam Block Resource Centre, Villupuram, on deputation basis and is working in the said place. The said statement was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for liberty to make a representation before the respondents for regular transfer.
2. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with regard to regular transfer, if he is so advised. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
2.The Additional Chief Educational Officer (Sarva Shiksha Abiyan), Villupuram District, Villupuram.
