This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation on the complaint of the petitioner registered in FIR No.22 of 2012, dated 08.07.2012 pending on the file of the respondent and to file the final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is almost completed and if some time is granted by this Court, the final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the concerned Court in accordance with law. 06.03.2017 vsi2 To
