JUDGMENT / ORDER

A limited prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition is to dispose of the petitioner's case in C.C.No.39 of 2016 within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court. M.S.RAMESH.J, kal
2.In view of the fact that since the case is pending in the year 2016 onwards, there shall a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.39 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, shall endeavor to complete the trial without any unnecessary delay.
3.In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
