JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 11.10.2012 made in W.P.No.27646 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition. S.NAGAMUTHU.J.,
2. On the said allegation, on 15.03.2017, this court has directed the Registry to issue a statutory contempt notice to the 1st respondent herein. Pursuant to the said statutory notice, the 1st respondent/contemnor made appearance before this court. She is also represented by the learned Additional Advocate General.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the 1st respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner who was present in court has also conceded that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.
4. Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed as no more adjudication is necessary in this matter. The 1st respondent is discharged from all further proceedings.
