The Writ petitioner seeks inclusion of his name as the joint pattadhar in the petition mentioned properties. The matter is presently pending before the second respondent. The second respondent has called upon the third respondent to enquire and submit a report. In this regard, the third respondent has since submitted a report dated 13.06.2017 and that is in favour of the writ petitioner. The petitioner herein has already given a representation in this regard to the second respondent. The copy of the said representation is enclosed at page 48 of the typed set of papers.
2. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the said representation seeking inclusion of the writ petitioner's name as joint Pattadhar in the subject lands by taking into account the report bearing Na.Ka.No.1181/17/m1 dated 13.06.2017 submitted by the third respondent herein. The second respondent shall consider the said representation, issue notice to the interested parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
