JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2 The grievance expressed by the writ petitioner is that despite the Lok Adalat Award dated 06.07.2011 made in WP.No.3677/2007, the official respondents did not implement the same and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition.
3 It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner is no more and has also produced the Death Extract issued by the Tirunelveli Corporation bearing Registration No.129 dated 07.03.2014 and in the interregnum, in compliance of the Lok Adalat Award, necessary proceedings have been passed and a Revised Notification in A6/PSR 52/2014 dated 13.06.2017 has been issued by the Collector, Tirunelveli District and also by means of a Pay fixation order dated 14.06.2017 passed by the District Revenue Officer and Pension proposal submitted by the Tahsildar, Tirunelveli dated 24.06.2017, has been forwarded to the Principal Accountant General, vide communication dated 24.06.2017 for authorisation of the pensionary benefits with effect from 01.07.2001.
4 The above said proceedings as well as the letter of the District Collector, Tirunelveli District dated 26.06.2017 in ROC.No.A6/PSR 52/2014, is taken on file and placed on record.
5 The Collector, Tirunelveli District, is directed to follow up the proposal submitted by the Tahsildar, Tirunelveli to the Principal Accountant General [A&E], Tamil Nadu, at regular intervals and see to that the pensionary benefits are disbursed to the legal heirs / representatives of the deceased writ petitioner, viz., T.Veerabadran without further loss of time.
6 The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
