JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2015 and pass suitable orders in accordance with law.
2. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that some unknown persons were trying to unearth the samathi of the petitioner's great grand mother with the help of JCB Machine. In this connection, he had given a representation to the respondents on 22.07.2015 and since the representation was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the proper authority to consider the petitioner's representation would be the Inspector of Police, J-3 Guindy Police Station, Guindy, Chennai and no representation has been received by the respondents.
5. In view of the said submission, the Inspector of Police, J-3 Guindy Police Station, Guindy, Chennai is suo-motu impleaded as a party respondent.
6. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is still aggrieved against the illegal activities which were taken place in the subject property. In this background, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police, J-3 Guindy Police Station, Guindy, Chennai and on receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, J-3 Guindy Police Station, Guindy shall consider such representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of such complaint.
7. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
