JUDGMENT / ORDER

(tar) There is no reason, muchless justifiable reason, given by the petitioner to reopen the matter.
3. The learned Trial Judge was perfectly correct in dismissing the applications for the reasons indicated in the orders impugned in the civil revision petition. There is absolutely no merit in the contention taken by the petitioner.
4. In the upshot, I dismiss the civil revision petitions. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
