JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that she is withdrawing the civil revision petition. (tar)
2. It is always open to the respondents to take action in accordance with law to recover the amount from the petitioner, if there is arrears. However, the factum of arrears alone will not be a reason to deny permission to withdraw the civil revision petition.
3. The civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, taking into account the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1/2013 is also dismissed.
