JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.] Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking writ of Habeas Corpus Petition for producing one Kandasamy, S/o.Venkatesan, aged about 57 years, who has been illegally detained by the police at Thiru Vika Nagar Police Station. The Public Prosecutor have received instructions based thereon, submits that it is true that Shri Kandasamy, S/o.Venkatesan has been arrested in connection with a cognizable offence and he was produced before the competent Criminal Court which remanded him to judicial custody, but, however on 30.05.2017, the said Kandasamy has been enlarged on bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai and he has already come out of the jail.
2. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
