JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for having wilfully disobeyed the order dated 21.12.2015 made in WP No.40320 of 2015 under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.12.2015 has been complied with by the respondent and has produced a copy of Letter bearing No.1005/P2/TNSTC EPFT/2017 dated 14.02.2017 addressed by the respondent to the Asst.General Manager, IOB, Chennai  2 for having effected payment of commutation through NEFT/ECS.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
