JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, who is undergoing MBA course, has come before this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to forthwith include the name of the petitioner with Registration No. 622516631014 in the Web portal for the MBA Course 2016-2018 session in the 3rd respondent college and publish the results of the petitioner for the 2nd semester Exams held in April/May 2017 and allow the petitioner to undergo and complete the MBA course in view of the supplementary approval granted by the 2nd respondent in Letter No. 60709/ECA/2016 dated 06.01.2017 thereby enabling the 3rd respondent College to make web portal entries regarding attendance and other particulars.

When the writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent that subsequent to the notice issued by this Court, the petitioner's name has been included in the Web portal for the MBA Course 2016-2018 session in the 3rd respondent College and that he has written the examination and his 2nd semester results have also been published and he has also passed in all the subjects.
3. The 3rd respondent College has also filed a counter affidavit wherein at paragraph No.8, it is stated as follows:
"8. ...Now, the University has included the name of the petitioner in the web portal for the MBA course 2016-2018 in our College and we have also uploaded the attendance particulars of the petitioner. The University has also published the 2nd semester results of the petitioner and the petitioner has passed in all the subjects. In view of the same, the grievances of the petitioner has been addressed by the University and nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as 3rd respondent and the averments in paragraph No.8 of the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
