JUDGMENT / ORDER

(made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) This matter is posted today before us as specially ordered writ petition, pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
2. This Writ Petition came up for hearing on 18 August 2017 before this Court. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, we have adjourned the matter by 12 weeks. This Bench is specially constituted today to hear this Writ Petition, along with other Writ Petitions and review petitions.
3. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such, it was passed over. The matter was once again taken up @ 3.40 p.m. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.15441 of 2017 is also dismissed.
