It is also stated that the scheme of pension has already been implemented. In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. Hence, the petition stands disposed of in view of the Further Affidavit filed by the Zonal Manager of the respondent-Bank. Rule is made absolute to the above extent.
