All these applications are taken up for final disposal in view of issuance of rule by this Court on 24.5.2012.
By these applications, the applicant in all these cases has prayed for temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of managing financial resources and other relevant aspects about a second renal transplant undergone by his son pursuant to kidney donated by his wife. The certificate dated 29.5.2012 issued by a well known expert, Dr. H.L. Trivedi, confirm the above ailment and requirement so stated. Even otherwise also the applicant is facing accusation under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 1290(b) of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the above aspects and the ailment of son of the applicant, I am inclined to consider this case and hereby grant 30 days of temporary bail from the date of his release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions and shall also mark his presence before the nearest police station once in a week. On completion of the temporary bail, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities in time.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
