Heard Mr. Pathan, Ld. Advocate for the applicant, who is common in these applications and Mr. Kodekar, Ld. APP for the respondent State and considered the relevant papers including the medical papers. It is submitted that the son of the applicant accused was operated and his mother's kidney was transplanted, but that was not successful and now the applicant accused is to donate his kidney to his son.
In above view of the matter, the temporary bail granted vide order dated 31/5/2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7079/2012 and other cognate matters is ordered to be further extended for a period of 30 [thirty] days from 30/6/2012 on the same terms and conditions. Upon expiry of the temporary bail, the applicant accused shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.
The applications are partly allowed. Rule made absolute accordingly. DSP.
