Learned Senior Advocate Mr.Raju submits that as per the charge sheet papers, it is alleged that the present applicant received the amount from 17 different depositors. He also submits that as per the charge sheet papers, the figure is shown as Rs.120 crores. As per the statement of the concerned victim persons, the amount comes to Rs.1,17,55,156/- and the present applicant is ready to make the payment to the victim persons if time is given to pay the same. He also submits that at first instance, the applicant will make payment of 20% of the amount to the victim persons as stated in their statement along with the charge sheet and the balance amount will be paid after 30 days and within six months. He also submits that the present applicant is in jail since more than one year. The charge sheet is filed and other accused are released on bail.
