Learned APP Ms.Krina Calla waives service of notice of rule for respondent.
These applications are filed by the applicant praying for releasing him on temporary bail to attend the operation of his wife for hysterectomy which is fixed on 30.1.2012. The medical certificate is produced on record.
Considering these facts and circumstances, these applications are partly allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for the period from 30.1.2012 to 1.2.2012 on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- before the jail authorities and that he shall surrender before the jail authorities on expiry of the temporary bail period. It is clarified that no further extension will be granted.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
