Learned APP, Ms.Krina Calla, waived Rule on behalf of the respondent
- State.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has fulfilled all conditions of bail order dated 25.1.2011; trial has already commenced and the applicant has no criminal antecedents, he prayed that Condition No.2(4) of the bail order dated 25.1.2011 be deleted. Condition No.2(4) reads as under :
"2(4) mark his presence before the Madhavpura Police Station on every 1st and 15th day of English Calendar month between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm"
3. Considering the submissions made, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, above condition is deleted from the bail order dated 25.1.2011. Rest of the conditions remain unchanged. Rule is made absolute.
