PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the communication of the second respondent, dated 19.09.2014 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to release the Sale Deed registered as Document No.4684 on 14.11.2014 before the Sub Registrar, Purasawalkam, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent has now released the document of the petitioner and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
