I have perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mau to decide the Suit No. 693 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case, which has been enclosed along with the petition, it does not appear that the suit is as yet ripe for final disposal.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
