Mr G C Tiwari, learned Advocate, holding for Mr Santosh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner desires to take remedy under Section 67 of the U P Revenue Code- 2006. The petition is dismissed, as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to take remedy, as aforementioned, if he so desires and is advised. It is made clear that this Court has not examined whether such remedy is available to the petitioner.
