Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.
Submission made by the counsel for the applicants that the applicants wants to transfer the criminal case no. 8249 of 2018, case crime no. 856 of 2017 from Bulandshahr to Aligarh. The FIR was lodged u/s 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC at District Buladshahr and the police after investigation has submitted a charge sheet at Bulandshahr. The applicants are the accused of the above offence.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant, I find no good reason to transfer the case from Bulandshahr to Aligarh, hence the same is rejected.
