Learned counsel for the applicant informed that as the applicant has already been bailed out, therefore, he does not want to press the instant application.
On the aforesaid information made by the learned counsel for the applicant at Bar, this Court does not finds any good reason to entertain the instant petition.
The application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., is accordingly dismissed. The applicant, if so advised, may file discharge application before the appropriate forum to ventilate his grievance.
