Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Imran, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.
222 of 2020, under Section- 384, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Biharigarh, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
There is allegation of demand of Rs. 500/- as extortion money against the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation is incorrect.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 01.02.2021.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 01.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
