Respondents (By Sri Govardhan D, Advocate) This RPFC is filed under Section 19(4) of Family Courts Act 1986, against the order dated 11.12.2017 passed on I.A.No.2 in C.Misc. No.538/2014 on the file of the III Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Bengaluru, partly allowing the IA No.2 filed under Section 125(1) of Cr.PC for maintenance.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the dispute has been settled before the Mediation Centre in terms of the memorandum of agreement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2005.
In view of settlement between parties, this petition is allowed in terms of the memorandum of agreement.
